Shipping & Local Pickup

9/1/2020 update:
due to covid-related and usps-defunding issues, we are experiencing some delays/issues with USPS. package arrival notifications get emailed showing as delivered, but the actual box shows up a day or two later. some boxes have been undelivered altogether. i am currently working on offering UPS as a more reliable option until this administration get it's act together, thanks for your patience and understanding.
all orders orders are processed by our third-party fulfillment team in union city, ca, monday to friday between 8-4:30 PST. orders received after 12noon PST or over the weekend / holidays are processed the next business day. you will receive an email with tracking information as soon as the shipping label is created in our system.
we currently use USPS priority for domestic shipments, and fedex, ups and DHL for international shipments.
please note that express shipments must be received and processed by 12pm PST in order to go out the same day, otherwise it will be shipped the next business day.
you can also opt to pick up your order from the warehouse. just choose 'pick up' at check out.
